FORGING ELITE FITNESS
CrossFit BodiComplete started in a garage with the desire to implement the CrossFit methodology in the Menai District.
After 1 year, the confines of the garage became too much and in August 2011 CrossFit BodiComplete moved into a larger venue in the heart of the Menai Area. Again growing beyond our walls we found a new home in Kirrawee to allow for everyone’s continual success. Our facility caters for most age groups and all goals and ambitions, whether you want to improve fitness, improve your sporting capacity, rehabilitate an injury or compete as an athlete at the CrossFit Games.
We follow the CrossFit methodology for all our training.
Constantly varied and functional training performed at high intensity. Your intensity. The workouts are catered for all levels of fitness and will help you achieve whatever your goal is.
At CrossFit BodiComplete we pride ourselves on a sense of community.
Where everyone knows each other by name. Where you can come in and feel welcome and accepted on your first visit. Where you get personal attention from our coaching staff and are treated like family. We take pride in the individual at our facility.
Our goal is to help make you the fittest you can be and to have fun while doing it. To teach you new things and encourage you along to your goals.

AT THE GYM
BE ON TIME
The program we run here, is just that. A program, there is time put aside for your warm up, skill work, strength work, workout and stretching. Being late means you miss out on a vital part of the program. There will be burpees-for-minutes late as penalties from here on in.
BE PART OF THE COMMUNITY
We’re trying to build a community based training programming here. These are the guys you’re training with, competing with and sharing your time with. Get to know them, introduce yourself.
COACHES COACH, ATHLETES TRAIN
Again this is fairly straight forward. Unless you are a CrossFit BodiComplete staff member, there is to be no coaching on your behalf. There is a difference between encouragement “Come on! 1 more rep!!” and coaching ” You need to “Insert quote you heard a coach say here” . We take our coaching seriously here and hope that you understand it’s for your benefit that only we do the coaching.
AND ONE FINAL RULE
Try to keep the gym tidy, if you use equipment, put it back. If you have chalk out, don’t get it everywhere. If you bleed on something, clean it up. This is your gym, but it’s also everyone else who comes here as well. Look after it.
